When I founded Toni Trading in 2005, I started with the intention of focusing on the trade of construction materials. In 2008, my passion for imagery and design changed the trajectory of the company, which, years later, led to today’s outcome, transforming us into a true creator of technological solutions in the field of ventilated facades.
I strongly believe that we “dress buildings” to give them identity, thus contributing to the evolution and originality of the urban space. Beyond what we build, we have chosen to create a business based on strong and long-lasting partnerships, grounded in win-win relationships. Antonela Beatrice Butnariu – CEO & Founder
With 28 years of experience within the Bog’Art group, practically witnessing its growth and participating in all the transformations over these years, Antonela has accumulated extensive business knowledge, gaining leadership and strategic development skills, aiming for consistent optimization of economic parameters.
Having held various roles in Bog’Art, such as Procurement Director and Logistics Director, with multiple responsibilities ranging from people management to restructuring solutions development, formulation of procurement and logistics strategies, contract negotiation, and coordination of activities to meet client needs, since 2016 she has focused solely on managing Toni Trading. She believes she can grow it according to the vision she had some years ago.

Alexandru Sararu – Commercial Director
With a remarkable ten-year tenure within the company, Alexandru holds the position of Commercial Director, bringing with him extensive experience in cladding. He is known for his ability to motivate the team in critical moments and for his consistent commitment to personal and professional development.
Alexandru is admired as a role model of professionalism and dedication, always demonstrating a strong openness to innovations and adaptation to changes. With his extensive experience and passion for excellence, he leads the team in implementing the most efficient and innovative solutions in our projects, ensuring consistently high standards of quality and performance.
Operational Director
Florin Gaspar - Operational Director
In a career spanning over 14 years at top companies in the energy industry, Florin has demonstrated his leadership and organizational skills, excelling in project management and operational optimization. His ability to manage complex processes and adapt solutions to the specific needs of each project, reflects a clear vision and a constant commitment to performance.
Starting in February 2025, Florin will join the Toni Trading Com team as Operations Director, with the main objectives of optimizing resources and increasing efficiency across all operational sectors. With continuous involvement, he will contribute to ensuring a high standard of excellence and strengthening long-term performance, ensuring that the company remains competitive and successfully meets challenges.

Maria Chira - Economic Director
With over 28 years of experience in the field of finance within the Bog’Art group of companies, Maria has been a cornerstone of the company, providing strategic leadership and financial expertise.
As the Economic Director at Toni Trading, she is responsible for overseeing the company's financial health, guiding budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Maria's extensive experience, combined with a deep understanding of the industry, enables her to drive growth and optimize financial performance, while maintaining strong collaboration with all departments.
Quality
Monica Enciu – Quality
With over two decades of experience in the construction industry, Monica has honed her skills in project quality assurance and production coordination within a company specializing in aluminum systems and ventilated facades, operating both locally and internationally. Throughout her career, Monica has held significant leadership roles, including positions in HSEQ and Production departments, where she oversaw the implementation and maintenance of high standards in quality and environmental practices. She has developed innovative technological processes and solutions aimed at continuous improvement in quality and productivity.
Within our team at TONI TRADING, Monica aims to make a valuable contribution by ensuring quality in all projects and involving all employees in the continuous improvement of work execution. She is dedicated to customer satisfaction by upholding the highest standards in every stage of our projects, promoting a culture of excellence and performance within our organization.
Logistics
Cornel Diaconeasa – Logistics
Cornel, a graduate of Mircea cel Bătrân Naval Academy, boasts over two decades of experience in logistics, having worked in various multinational companies. His expertise spans across warehousing, transportation and distribution, bidding and procurement.
Since 2024, he has been serving as Logistics Manager at Toni Trading, overseeing the fleet management, workshop activities, and actively involved in optimizing transportation processes and site order preparation in the workshop. He collaborates closely with site teams and procurement to ensure seamless project execution.
Procurement
Elena Cracea – Procurement
Elena is a graduate of the Faculty of Civil, Industrial, and Agricultural Construction at the Technical University of Civil Engineering in Bucharest, with over 13 years of experience in the construction industry. She has demonstrated her skills in various sectors, including design, tendering, and procurement.
Since 2023, Elena has taken over our company's Procurement department, where she is responsible for site provisioning and managing supplier contracts. She consistently introduces innovations in the selection of facade cladding materials, thus contributing to the continuous improvement of our standards. Joining the TONI TRADING team marks a significant career transition for her into the field of procurement, bringing new challenges and opportunities to develop her skills in identifying and integrating new materials that align with our company's vision.
Accounting
Aurelia Socol - Accounting
With over 29 years of experience in accounting, Aurelia has managed financial situations, prepared reports, and ensured compliance with fiscal regulations throughout her career.
Currently, at Toni Trading, she is responsible for the chronological, systematic, and methodical recording of all accounting documents, thus ensuring the accuracy of the company’s monthly trial balance data.
With excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, Aurelia works closely with the Chief Financial Officer and the entire team, contributing to the optimization of financial processes and providing reliable support.
Design
George Badicut – Design
George is a graduate of the Faculty of Civil, Industrial, and Agricultural Construction at the Technical University of Civil Engineering in Bucharest, with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. Since 2022, he has joined our team as a Design Engineer, bringing with him analytical thinking and a constant pursuit of excellence.
George is responsible for the design, detailing, analysis, and implementation of modern ventilated facade systems. His extensive experience allows for the development of innovative technical solutions and the precise execution of complex project details. He ensures the efficient integration of materials into projects and provides solutions to enhance the durability, energy efficiency, and aesthetics of buildings.
Within his responsibilities, George conducts detailed structural calculations, coordinates activities with architects and builders, all while adhering to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Project Manager
Cristian Niculaie – Project Manager
With around 40 years of experience in organizing and executing structural and finishing projects, Cristian has held various positions ranging from site manager to executive director in construction companies in Romania and Germany.
Over the past 12 years, Cristian has focused on coordinating, scheduling, and executing projects involving ventilated facades and sandwich panel cladding at Toni Trading. He has developed his skills in project management, contract negotiation, cost control, scheduling of works, coordination of specialized subcontractors, and effective communication with project teams and clients. Cristian is committed to achieving positive outcomes, meeting deadlines, ensuring quality in accordance with specifications, and adhering to project budgets.
Project Manager
ION MIHU – Project Manager
Ion Mihu has extensive experience of over 15 years in the construction industry, where he has honed his skills in project coordination and management.
He joined Toni Trading in 2018 and successfully completed numerous objectives by overseeing staff and subcontractors within the operational department. Prior to joining the team, Ion held positions as site engineer and engineer in the design department at various contractors. Currently, as Project Manager at Toni Trading, Ion coordinates activities and oversees ongoing project aspects. He continues to respond promptly and with motivation in project delivery, efficiently coordinating efforts and achieving objectives, thus contributing to the company's development.
Design Coordinator Architect
Bogdan Gogoci – Design Coordinator Architect
An architect and graduate of the Ion Mincu University of Architecture, passionate about both innovative construction technologies and those from a century ago. A detail enthusiast, he believes that an architect should spend as much time on the construction site as in the office or at the drafting table. He holds that a well-executed detail is not only functional but also beautiful. With hands-on experience on construction sites, he joined the Toni team to expand his knowledge and challenge his skills.
